Tips for healthy nutrition

1. Eat at regular hours.
2. Don’t skip any meal.
3. Don’t forget to eat breakfast. Always start the day with a well-rounded meal.
4. Take the time to taste and to chew your food well.
5. Vary your menu.
6. Avoid pastries, sweets, crisps, soda drinks - anything that has little or no nutritious value.
7. Beware of salt consumption. It can cause hypertension.
8. Eat a lot of raw vegetables and fresh juice. Choose whole wheat bread.
9. Drink six (6) to eight (8) glasses of water or vegetable juice or sugar-free juice per day.
10.You should also drink milk.
11.Eat good quality food supplements every day.
12.After each meal you should rest. Don’t start to work or exercise right after.

Did you know that the country with the tallest people  overall is the Netherlands? The males average 6 feet (183  cm) and the females average just over 5 feet, 7 inches (170  cm). 

The average American male height is 5 feet, 9 inches (175  cm) whil emales average 5 feet, 4 inches (163 cm).  The Dutch may have the tallest country, but the tall people in the world reside in an Eastern European republic  called Montenegro which is part of the country of Serbia and  Montenegro. The former Yugoslavia. If Montenegro were it‘s  own country, it would have the tallest people in the world.
And the Dutch wouldn‘t even be close.

Don’t Cross Your Legs – It’s Unhealthy

When the muscles of the legs and knees are not nourished and dont have good circulation, the extremities stagnate, which can lead to varicose veins or broken capillaries and other problems. Look at the ankles of people age 40 and over who have the habit of crossing their legs. Note the broken veins and capillaries. Deadly Smoking Facts !

  1.  Tobacco use and also second-hand smoke will eventually ill over one fifth of the population now living in the developed world: about 250 million.
  2.  Of the 50 million Americans who smoke, one third to one half will die from a smoke-related disease and all will reduce their life expectancy by an average of nine years.
