Del.icio.us is an all purpose bookmark mamanger whereas vi.sualize.us caters only to visual contents. Also the site is quite new and I am sure they will come up with pretty good features soon, so please visit often.

Why don’t you check out the site Sharepic at http://www.shareapic.net/. It is also an image sharing website but it also pays its members for sharing pictures.
